FO a option for a pure Blizzard?

Just managed to get a slvl 4 FO from +skill item without investing in any SP into Orb and all i can say it just rocks. It got no where near the damage that Glacial Spike can dish out when comparing damage in a single hit but bhoy when it hits mulitple times it can really rock.

Was just wondering would i really be losing that much damage from blizzard and all syngerys if i invested 20 into FO instead of say ice bolts?

Or is this not recommended? :scratch:

Yeah, you won't need FO AT ALL if you're going with Blizzard. You actually lose 570-619 damage (remember, PER SHARD) if you don't max Ice Bolt out since synergies are based off the base skill damage without factoring +skills.

if u go orb now then u wasted all ur points in GS. don't do it, make a new sorc instead

Espeically the occasional tomb that spawn mummies.

Spike isnt bad at all for dealing with those situations.

if u are a full blizzard sorc u dont really need it, IB or GS should do fire vs hard to hit targets with blizz. i have made many sorc in this patch, and i find an ice blast sorc is best. ice blast with full synergies dose well but i find if u want to use it for pvp u will need some cold dmg ed, at least 30%. the ice blast sorc is very versatile bbuild but 1 where u need many + cold and ed to match the full blizzard
