Depending on how good you can tweak, if you got all the godly stuff then go orb + energy shield. This is only if you can reach at least 3000 mana though (with full energy build....) which requires sojs, call to arms etc.

But usually Bloosard. My blizzard sorceress (named Bloosard :p) is lvl 88 now and has died like 6-7 times, of which at least 5 were due to uncareful wreckless playing. She's no block no energy all vitality.

I'm completely in love with Frozen Orb...great area of coverage, you can fire through doors and kill things you haven't even seen yet, and it will freeze and injure monsters that are off-screen. IMO, far better versatility than blizzard.

FO, because, it's a little weaker, but you have WAY more points, which means you can put points in tk and warmth.
Say you get 500 orb, this is about lvl 28-ish, fairly achievable.
-150ish mastery, means most monsters will be at -100.
1k per shard, 1.1 sec (?) cast delay, lotta shards.
Meanwhile, blizz is at 3.6k-ish listed, meaning 6k per shard, and you get about 2 orbs per blizz, overall it's fairly even, but all the extra points in orb kinda tip it in my favor, especially if you want to go for another form of damage.
