Making high lvl runes HELP!

Hey, i know somewere on this forum theres something that tells you what the recipy is to make high lvl runes on ladder. Its something like
2 thuls + chipped gem = amn
but im not sure the full recipy, im trying to make high lvl runes for trading.

Do note that you'll find the high runes in question usually faster than it takes you to cube them.

You will be better off rushing some chars to do NM/Hell's Hellforge Quest than trying to cube to a high rune.

Since 1.10 patch, I have only manage to cube to a Lem picking up all the runes from all my chars, while I found Ist, Gul, Um, Fal from Hellforge while one day I was bored and bring 2 chars to do their Hellforge quest.
