1. Block also blocks most elemental attacks, so max block is crucial.
2. No; +skills do it. Teleporting skill levels do nothing to increase teleport speed, for which you need +fcr
3. Str: Enough for SS. Dex: Enough for Max block. Vit: Rest Energy: None.

1. All missile based attacks can be blocked. This also applies to magic or elemental missiles. The attacks that cannot be blocked are area of effect or persistant attacks (Fireball splash damage, Meteor, Lightning etc.)

2. You obviously need mana from other things like items or charms. Lizards small charm of vita is a noteworthy one. Also items like SoJ, Frostburn, Shako etc. are good for mana.

3. If you didn't even know the answer to these simple questions, then WTF are you doing in PvP?

I always choose no block since a lot of auchie attacks can't be blocked. No not all missile-based attacks can be blocked, like fire bolt is unblockable. Only assassins can block those. But if you have trouble against barbarians max block might be nice.

You need >700 mana at the very very least to be succesful.

No energy, str for equip, dex for block or equip, rest vit.
