Eth Bonesnap FT, 251%ED (Not the best, but still quite good).

ISO: High(er) runes, 20life small charms, resist charms with at least 8 resist of one type per square, rare Colossus Girdles, and high ED (360+) swords. (Almost any kind)

251 isn't that high, it's more mid-level, hence mid-value. Upgrading it would hardly be worth it and it would cost a level 24 Snapadin about 600 damage to charge vs. a 280+ eth.
