While executing the moat trick, Meph surprised me by actually going onto the bridge and nearly killing me. After being in front of the portal he seemed unable to move at all. When he died, he dropped items onto the bridge and I was able to tele directly on top of the portal.

I was under the impression that Meph couldn't walk on the bridge to the portal? Or am I just dumb?

This is WHCL btw.

(edit: wasn't aware that retar-ded was a censored word :scratch: )

Assuming you yourself raised the bridge, he is free to cross it. It happens all the time with me, just move a tad down, and you can continue to blast him while taking no damage.
