TfW's Ðuel Tournament (+FREE ENTRY+)

This is for USEast Softcore Non Ladder

Basic Info:

1 VS 1 (Only the 2 duelers and mods in game)

All Duels take place in the blood moor

Game will be held in Hell Difficulty

Only 1 Character Entry Per Person. (ie; cant enter your zon and your sorc, just 1)

Rules:

Best out of 5 Duels

No Slow Missiles

Teleing into town is not counted as a loss (Abuse=Disqualification from Tourny)

The Use of Healing Potions are banned (Mana is allowed)

No Mercs

No Out of Town Summons (ie; Revives)

No more then 100% Resist allowed on a shield (ie; no 4x Perfect Gemmed Shields)

Only 1 Absorb item per element (2 Is allowed on Zons/Barbs/Pally)

Limit of 200 Poison Can come from equip/charms (No limit if it is coming from a skill, ie; Venom/Poison Nova)

No Slow.

All the other basic gm rules, Precasts allowed, dont nk/steal gold.

You Cannot Bone Prison Non-Teleing Chars

Both teams start at different sides, and say go.

If I forgot something, please mention it.

And im also looking for another 2-3 moderators to help judge matches.

Yea, NM. Make sure you add in no glitched or bugged items. 32020s and 290s should be banned also.

The rules are fine.. making it nm and banning duped charms would only make it more unreflective of the general dueling situation on east... not to mention it would screw over most chars.
Due to the nonexistence of a good league, most duelers are built for pubbies and duel in pubbies. A tournament should therefore be similar to pubbies minus some particularly annoying things (sm, 160 shields). The rules are fine..

btw.. oaks are immune physical/psn in nm 2 man, that gives druids auto win over amas/barbs.. they do like 40 cold dmg off ring thats it.. and it will be minion bug :|

But you don't have to take part in it, so if you don't like it then go elsewhere. Are you sure about the banning of resist sheilds? It seems a bit unbalanced to me that youd allow necros/druids/etc. to tele, but not let someone use a piece of equip to keep from getting 1 hit ko-ed by a blizz sorc or Foh pally(in some cases). Just my 2 cents.
