Mid-Level WWer?

I was thinking of making a level 47ish ww baba using a cruel martel i found :D. It does 400 dmg or more max and is 1 percent from perfect. If i shaeled that, ias life armor, angelics or raven if its low level req enuff, use gores, what other stufff should i use? Only helms i got is a 58 level req ed arreats and a clean gaze. I could ias all my gear. Should i use ik boots/gloves or go to 47 for gores?

i'd reconsider the weapon if i were you.. there are barbs in the 49-53 range with swords that do almost 400 max 1handed.. and without a shield you=RIP..

angelics????? way off.
400 damage martel? nono. that like the same damage an an eth upped steel, but thats only like level 38 req. ed/ias or max/ias helm. same armor of the whale, ik glove, Tgods ( level 47) Travs, 10 max grand charms or small vits. Saracens amulet probly? use a raven and a ring of the whale or a nice rare.

i have a non-ladder level 47 duel pala that is using a gaze, eth spire of honor, 112 ed 45 max 90 life armor, travs, ik guants, tgods, raven, saracen, and dwarf star, with an inventory of 8 grand max/ar charms, and the rest 16-17 life smalls, 10k damage charge max, 1000 or so life. he is probly around the average power of the ladder duelser about his level that you will be facing. so u might want to rethink if you even want to make a dueler at all with that martel.

I say gores, not travs tomato. with a WWer, obviously you are hitting a lot, so 15% DS, open wounds AND CB is VERY nice, much moreso than the little extra from travs.

He means that that weapon is not the best option for a wwer of your level. If you can get your hands on one, make an eth hone sudaner, those make nice duelers (then trade for my near perfect hone-sudaner armor ;) )

Upped Eth Steeldriver whirlers are nasty at their own level... Just ask my 34 Crusher Wolf ;)

How bout Guilames Face+Whitstans, 200% ed Butchers Pupil(shael), Shaft/dmg life armor/Rattle, Crafted Blood gloves(10% CB), Goblins and a String or blood belt? Lvl 39 build with 50% deadly strike, 75%-100% CB, 25-35% Open wounds.
As long as you stay away from elite whirlers and 1h chargers this can work at your own lvl? No?

I had an eth hone sudan, lost on my throw baba >.<. Well i guess i should just forget this? I mean what does a poor man in diablo have anything to do with dueling, right?

Out of curiosity though, how does the build go for a hone sudaner or a steeldriver wwer go? Or even a hone sudan on a fury wolf? I dont really know the build :(

I hope you realize that IAS ONLY on the weapon will boost your whirlwind speed. In this case a steeldriver upgraded is way better than this martel.

General build for a sudaner:
(never made one, but I'm fairly sure on most of the gear)
Eth hone sudan, 3x shaeled
artisans armor of the whale with 3x ed jewels or max jewels, have not calculated which is better

ik boots+gloves
string OR ik belt, up to you
Options for jewelery: Mahim oak and rares or angelics
+skills, 3 socket helm with max or ed jewels, OR rockstopper with a jewel, depending on your prefrence, I would say probably the first option.

Just a rough idea.
