Okee well things are goin well, i traded my ss, shaft, gaze and crappy runemaster for a death cleaver and soj, I hope i did good ^_^. I've got another ss anyways. Back on topic. So far my pure fury wolf is level 78ish, he has maxed werewolf form, lycan, oak, 1 in all summons cept for the things above oak, almost maxed fury. I need a few more hell quests and diablo and ancs so i can do baals to level more. He uses a soon to be shael'd death cleaver, verdungos, a raven, highlords, 4ML/5LL rare ring with some other "ok" mods, an ss, a jalals, gores (ima use these over travs even though i already have 97DS without it, and counting :D), blood crafted gloves (20 ias . 1LL, about 8 or 9 CB, 11 to dex, and a lil to life) and lots of sharps with two psn charms. According to a speed calculator i can have a 5 frame fury with a shaeld cleaver and a 4 frame with an already shael'd tomb reaver i have. What should i socket my gear with? Which wep should i use? He has only 47 block and 3400 life. Should i stack on dex now, or go into vita? Whew, thanks in advance for responding as always. ;)

First, get max block, it's one of the most important things in dueling.

I'm HIGHLY interested in what speed calculator you used. If its not the one from the druids forum here on DII.net, I can 99.999% guarantee that your calculations are incorrect. Wereforms are stupid thigns.

The key to a good druid is IIRC a cruel MSOQ with the DS frmo highlords etc.

MSOQ = ? Some sword of quickness. Erm, well he has 3400 life and with max block he can do good. I dunno why i cant spar a little with him?

Loose the gloves, and get IK-Mits or bloodfists(You absolutely need 75% block and 87% fhr for 3 frames recovery).
Get another Raven since the dex and ar will do you good.

Socket the storm with shael(trust me), and instead of max dmg charms i would go life cheap life charms (Your doing decent melee dmg anyway).

You havent mentioned armor and since wolfes get no defence bonus whatsoever(see shaeld storm and fhr) I`d go with one with as much life possible or Stone runeword.

Strategy vs. smiters: (same as 1.09 eth bug imho) Be absolutely shure about your hit recovery then shift fury and pray to God.

Are there even any smiters on HCL East? I made my own mid-level smiter, lvl 47, a few weeks ago and he's done very well, but I have yet to run into any other smiters period.

If anyone on this forum has a smiter, I'd be interested to know what you use.

maxed holyshield, smite, fana, maxing defensive aura thingie. I do 2k listed smite damage. with my secret weapon i can do 700 pvp per hit. thats if no crushing blow kicks in.

Yeah big secret. :rolleyes: Let me guess, its The Reedemer Mighty Scepter.

Anybody who knows even a little about Smite should know +damage from items is added to Smite's damage before multipliers.

Pointless build i think. U wont kill anyone before they have a chance to rejuv or townrun for sure, your fury is only 5 fpa and with 47% block u will be ripped to bits by zerkers and zealots/chargers.
