a all fury druid would be nice physical dmg and alot more life then a FC druid because fc druids need lots of points into synergies. My Fc has 4.1k life and thats with 4 or 5 of my shapeshifting charms with life. I personally think Fc has a much greater impact on Dueling then fury does. But its not so great for pvm i think as i run outta mana fast. But for dueling i think by far FC bear is better cause i've done things with mine that no fury druid can. Only bad part is people will use mh see your fire facets and stack resist/absorb. If this happens i just switch chars and get my barb.

Er...mainly because I do not know anything about them. Never seen a guide for them and never seen 'em in a dueling game. If you would care to elaborate I would be willing to listen. I am a total newbie to melee as I have a fetish for casters. Of course, as always, comments are appreciated.

good damage like fire claw but can't be absorbed, also less skills

this ones pvm but it gives you the main idea and how to hit 4frame attack(6.25 attacks a second) Just ignor the shockwave part.

How can maul do as much dmg as fireclaw? mine does 15k fire and i dont think any maul druid could even match that. Even if u do get that much dmg u would be using a slow weapon so u would be swinging at few frames.

I can not decide but I have narrowed it down to the fire claws bear or fury druid. Just wondering which one you have seen be more effective. Both seem cool w/ nice life. Any suggestions or comments is appreciated.

consider an echant bear sorc. 18k+ fire damage 4fps, ene shield (no mana consuming spells so u don't have to worry about running out), frozen armor. seems like ownage to me someone should try it.

How can maul do as much dmg as fireclaw? mine does 15k fire and i dont think any maul druid could even match that. Even if u do get that much dmg u would be using a slow weapon so u would be swinging at few frames.

well when you consider that anyone who sees you using fire will go and stack fire I think maul will do a lot more.

Someone has, my friend omni has a 4fps hitting sorc like that. 5x Sheal + Eth Phase blade, with something like 20k enchant i dont remember exactly. Deadly, owns all melee duels. Absorbs almost 90% dmg to mana, can hardly scratch the beast

i got 10 frames at best with the calculations i was using(arreat summit)
Sorc may do 20k, but with that slow of speed A FC druid would hit like 2 times b4 u got 1 swing off and then include the FHR needed after u get smacked. So u probably wouldnt get one hit off unless u got lots of fhr
Bottom line: Leave melee to the barbs-pallys-druids and let sorc use their natural use(Caster).

sorry for giving false info i've been told 5 was fastest server times but i still decided to exaggerate cuz some people say they can swing at 4. 5 is still hella good espeically when they see the ene shield on top of ur bear and the ice shards flying around you. the usual reaction is "wtf" and someone should make a bearsin with fade. and when she gets poisoned she looks like an emerald bear.

If I were to find a 400 ED, 40 IAS, 2 Socket, Ethereal with selfrepair Rare Runic Talon I would do everything I could to make meself a 3 FPA Bearsin.

Fury Rabies is a much better overall build. You can hit runners much more easily, have 2 viable attacks, and can use feral in some situations.

FC does huge damage, but cannot hit a moving target to save thier life, will be called cheap in melee duels, can be absorbed very easily, and is inferior to the charged bolt cheezezons anyway.

you can just use a 3 soc runic or a mechanics w/ 40%ias then have a high damage 2nd weapon, or does having a slower claw on the other hand slow the attack?

I got a werezon to 4 frames with the -60 cbows

Has any1 actually tested that b4? I find it hard to belive that a caster type char can swing as fast as a melee type even in werebear but if so thats greatness with a high lvl enchant =D. Also does any1 know what ar a sorc would have?

P.S. about earlyer when i said i got 10 frames as my highest calc for sorc i didnt count werebear form so sry

Why cant she hit at 4 frames in bear form sense druid can. I know she's not a druid but if she can look like one why not swing like one.

You answered your own question. Sorceresses don't swing at the same speed as druids while in wereform because even though they look the same in wereform, they are different base characters.

Use Griz weapon anyway.
