Realm switch East to west

Hi all im getting tired of east >.< wanna make realm switch back to my old realm on west so im looking for gear. On east i have quite a few items. To list a few:
SS
Skulders
Tals armor
Doombringer
Vipers(all 30 or above)
wizspikes
Shako
and quite a few others. Im looking for about the same gear on west. My ISO right now is mainly
Wiz
Shako
SS/Sanctuary runeword
30 or above viper
Ravenfrost
Waterwalks
Trapsin ammy
Frostburns
