Uh.....NO!

The rules (http://www.rpgforums.net/showthread.php?t=284233) of this forum prohibit trading items containing runes. Remove it from the trade, and renegotiate or cancel it.

This may be a stupid question but, why do you need a Bane Ash staff? Isn't it a normal item and should, in theory, be very common?

It's a tc3 item. Though it may sound stupid, it's not so easy to get. When you fight the monster that have a high chance of dropping them you don't have much mf (a1 normal), and later the monsters have exponentially lesser chances to drop from low tcs. Take a look at atma's drop calculator: the rarest drop from pindle is a tc3 :xsmile3:
