How about Razortail, Witchwild String, a pair of rare gloves with ias and knockback, a manald for mana leech and a pair of waterwalks for your zon, and a Guardian Angel for your pally? If you don't already have I could also give you the infernal tools set for the necro, wich should take you to a5 without problems :)
