Can't get into nightmare

hey all i have a problem every time i kill diablo and the countdown goes down to 0 then i just go back to the main menu, ive killed this guy like 4 times already and i just cant get into nightmare mode? btw sorry if its wrong forum..

and by the main menu, do you mean the screen you get right when you open up d2? and you just get sent there when the game ends?

this happens to me sometimes. just click on join game. join a game (it'll be nightmare) then quit and you'll be able to create your own nighmare game.

Yeah its not LoD i can't play it because i lost the case no cdkey :(

also FreezerBurn i tried that several times lol even restarting the entire game

Roby, did you kill diablo in a game where you could get the quest? If so, is the nightmare button active when looking at the create game tab?

or the maker of the game had already completed the quest. So he couldn't do it.
