Playing on Asia? Well, I would think that a Charger would do pretty well considering that the majority of opponents will be casters.

Sorc will have an edge over competition however things like hammerdin are also usefull a good desyncer can beat sorc without tele i believe.

Faith has x2 HRs in it, Fort has x1, a good bowazon is just has hard to make in a limited HR enviroment as any teleporter. WF just isn't such a good option. The best way to imagine such an enviroment is to look at classic, where enigma doesnt exist at all. I dunno about classic dueling, but whichever classes are good there would pretty much be it. Oh, and the few people rich enough to have an enigma/berber coa etc. would godly beyond belief.

hmm unless ur lucky and manage to get hold of a nice rare bow that can hit 7fps like a rare matri bow or a fast GMB but this is unlikely..

lol bvc and bva dont exist in classic how can a bvc and a bva catch good casters on foot?

Im sorry to say but a barb using 2 axes does not mean its a bvc..

just look at llding builds that are good(lvl 30)
and imagine them at higher lvls

As stus said, LLD tells ya everything you want to know with a few exceptions (notably light sorcs).

I'd say a Liberator would be my choice.

With limited wealth on realms my gear would be as follows:

Visionary '_____' of the (insert +life mod suffix here) socketed with ShaelShael [can be shopped]
Skin of the Vipermagi
Spirit Sacred Targe
Oath or Cruel Elite Weapon
String of Ears
Bloodfists
Tri or Dual Resistances Rare Boots
Ravenfrost Ring
Rare FCR Ring
Rare Paladin Amulet or Highlord's

Charge would effectively kill most casters (apart from bone prison abusing necros) even with the damage being on the lower end of the spectrum due to casters poor life.

Hammers at 75%FCR would be far sufficient in eliminating any types of melee.

In all fairness it isn't very hard to get legit hrs on ladder. Do a lot of forges and cube up.

Bowzons can easily drop to 8fpa and use Windforce.
