i wanan make a good public dueler than can be gm and bm(to take out other bm noobs)
something that is not too expensive

Liberator.
Two types of attacks.
Hammer & Charge with Smite as a helpfull back up.
Look for Mythos' guide on it.

yeah agree well pala seem to be best fit vs bm and gm. hammer or hammerbased char is ur best bet. A hammer can do ok verus all so can libby i would mention mage but mage can run very expensive. Smiter is ok and can do well again vs alot of chars.

I can't remember the last time I couldn't kill someone with my trapper besides maybe a godly light or fire sorc.
You could always make a janky bvc using clegaws gloves... That would be kinda godly.

Something called Infinity? Of course some nice stacking on top to make Infinity useless.

You do know that there is no pvp penalty vs mercs right? And both cs zons and trappers do not have too much -res%

works against some, for a while at least, but the common auradin/fohdin will override it sadly.
In the case of the auradin you're a nice target for a charge without any block. :azn:
Have to agree that hdins have an edge in bm.
bone necro is great for gm and bm duels, and cant be absorbed/resisted/blocked (cept by claw block)

95% es sors = gg necro, unless they use max res/absorb gear, then they get trash by other bmers @@

bvc wont clear a pub unless you pour lots of hrs into it. the TC wants something inexpensive and effective.
I would say a hammerdin is the clear cut choice. someone else mentioned libby, also a good choice.
to be honnest u cant expect to bm on an elemental char, anyone who decides to put 2 pieces of abs on + max res etc u dont got much chance at all.
Es sorcs have an ok chance as an es sorc drinking mana is almost imune to all except psn based and ow dmg.
Windy might work ok in bm but then again windies get shreaded usally but sin varients.

Windies/ BvCs/ bowas/bone nec/ (bowas can kill a few pubs but can easily get dominated as well..)
inexpensive - hdin
expensive - bvc
better? BvC. alot of people think that your preety much invincible within your hammer field, well you're not
a single mistake could get you killed, where as a BvC has the hp to get out of most situations

-85% light resist is VERY easy to be stacked, as said before, ANY char that depends on ele. damage can be sorbed and stack plus max resisted.
plus no block = makes it much easier for bvc, zons, libby etc.
trapper isnt really suitable for real bm'ing...

naked people cannot stack.
trappers make wonderful bmers given that you have someone else to do the real work for you. that part is fairly obvious, but going pub to pub laying traps in front of town and joining the 6v2 party gets old very fast.
bone necro is a very good suggestion seeing as you dont want a pally or have the funds to make a bvc. walling stuff up (corpses especially) can make things pissy. synching spirits and summon stacking also makes me very angry.
oh right... they are also capable of GM 1v1 duels and the like.

That's why trappers are not a good choice for bm'ing
1) you have to have a teamate everytime you decside to bm...
2) people can just wear a tgod(2wisp also maybe?) with a bit of stack to hugely decrease your damage output.
3) you need to get a person killed inorder to nk that person (unless you nk those who are killed by other players)
4) you cannot wipe the game by using a trapper, someone WILL get maxed resist and sorb the hell out of you.
