help socketing a circlet for my bone nec

Not sure how it would be for a bone nec, but was thinking of using a shael in it for 20% fhr. My resist are good and this will help me finish up my fhr and fcr breakpoints. I would like to know if there are better options however and if it would help to upgrade it or not?

i think it needs some stats maybe even some life to be really useful
if i were you id shael it and try get better one at later time
