is this shield any good for LLD's if it has 2 soc's?

+15%Block rate
+20%Faster Bloc
2 Socs'

No. If you're looking for a level 9 shield, you want a Vulpine Bone Shield of Deflecting with 2os, or a nice rare. By the way, your shield is "of Blocking" not "of Deflecting."

it is of deflecting, i probably just got the stats wrong, as I wrote them down from memory. But thanks for the reply, guess ill have to do some more shopping.
