Please note if you are hosting a game in this thread where RWM is not actually installed on the host, so people don't waste runes trying to make a ladder runeword in game.

No resolutions this year for me. Just sat around the place with my g/f, and since she just wants to go to sleep, I guess that means it's Hammer- err, Baal- time. In Hell, of course.

However, I've got the port forwarding set up, so that's not the problem (if it were, you wouldn't have been able to connect before). My best guess is my ISP is flaky, but I don't really know how to resolve the issue (calling and *****ing is pretty unproductive).

Note: I've been having intermittent game joining problems when hosting. If you get this, let me know whether it says that the host exited the game (in which case it probably just means I'm remaking the game), or a 'cannot connect to server' message. If it's the latter case, it might be time to phone the ISP and complain.

Being a host myself didn't always go smoothly but it was a quick learning experience :smiley:.

I ended up hosting a game all by myself not realising everyone had gone. That was a bit of a bummer until Baal dropped me a pair of Hsarus' Iron Heels (your loss folks) MUHAHAHA!!!

EDIT: I also wouldn't mind seeing a readout of the Stormspire that dropped in the WSK in one of the first games that Fast Eddie hosted. I don't know who picked it up but it'd be nice to see a readout of it.

Right, my Genetics revision is just not going in my head today, which is unfortunate as it's the only revision I can do outside of college ATM.

Baal Running is fun but if you want to host in Act 3, I can help you out with that. Otherwise, I'm not sure I can host even if my port are forwarded.
