A question regarding 'cheating'

If you join a baal run game ran by a bot, would you be considered cheating?

To be more specific, if a GM walked into a baal run game ran by a bot, could he have enough reason to ban everyone that joined that game?

I don't see that the GM would have cause to ban everyone, they don't necessarily know its a bot.

When you join a random baalrun, you don't know if it's "real" or botted. Do you want to get banned for that?

No, you will never get banned. They will ban the user not you. If you joined a game and someone was dupping, you would not get banned because there is no rule saying you cant be with someone who cheats.
