1) We can see in "Battle Cry" that it costs some Stamina. That could be the blue orb?

2) Some skills now have "ranks", looking that itīs the same as levels. And some skills have more or less max ranks as others. Maybe skills does not have the same max limit? Some have more and some less?

3) At this time, the "xx% on striking" are still present, as "25% chance to critical hit" @ Hammer of the Ancients, but itīs in the form of a skill.

4) At the "Furious Charge" skill, thereīs a Fury: 20 "thing". What do you think is that? I have no idea :D

Ps: At 09'12" in the video, when the Barbarian rescue Cain and just passes the bridge with the skeletons with shields, did you notice a shadow in the back? Int the same time Cain says: "Thereīs something in here". It was my eyes or it is the "Siegebreaker Assault Beast" at the final of the video?

Ps2: Sorry for all the grammatical errors in the text:thumbup:

Darn good eyes, my friend!

That definitely IS the Siegebreaker Assault beast in the background at 9'12". I totally missed that the first hundred times..

Furthermore, have you all noticed the descriptive text underneath the two boss monsters? The first boss is "Thousand Pounder, Gluttony Incarnate" and the second is "Seigebreaker Assault Beast, Living Siege Engine of Hell." Perhaps we'll be seeing different cardinal sins "Incarnate" throughout the story, such as Greed Incarnate, Lust Incarnate, Sloth Incarnate, Wrath Incarnate, etc. That certainly would fit the mold.

I have no comments on the skill descriptions, except that perhaps Fury is a secondary stat for the Barbarian that builds up overtime with skill use, and can be "released" much like the Assassin's combo-points?

No clue what rank is. Notice, however, that WW is the only Barb skill that appears to have a 'Next Level' section, and Battle Cry and Hammer of the Ancients don't even have 'Current Level'. Further, neither Wall of Zombies nor Horrify changes between Current and Next level.

Clearly, they've still got a bit of work to do on the skill system :P.

Fury might be similar to GW's adrenaline system, although I can't really see Diablo implementing that. There doesn't appear to be an on-screen indicator for it either (or stamina, for that matter, although I might have missed it).

Could fury be a different kind of cost intended as a cooldown? Fury regenerates at some rate, so WW's low fury rate means it can be reused frequently, but the 20 on charge limits it more. Not to make a WoW comparison but I'm thinking like a rogues energy bar. *edit although a warriors rage by might be more likely from it's name edit*

I kinda hope it's not rage from WOW... But on the other hand it might work out very well if implemented nicely.

Could it be that skills improve as they are used successfully?

Fury Stamina might work this way -

Stamina is basically Barbarian's "Mana", Fury is something a Barbarian accumulates as he fights in combat and loses when not in combat.

That would be pretty fun, having to figure out the best combos of stamina and fury costing abilities.
