There was a leak before the announcement... remember?

So last week, a couple days before the D3 announcement (when everyone was so concerned with the splash screens), I remember reading a thread where some guy was talking about how he's good friends with a Blizzard employee, blah blah blah. I, as I'm sure everyone else who saw it, was quick to dismiss the guy as a fake for obvious reasons. However, HE WAS RIGHT. He said his friend told him about the Barbarian and the Witch Doctor. He really did have leaked info..... this was DAYS before the announcement.

I looked for a while to try and find the thread but had no luck :(

Does anyone else remember what I'm talking about? I do remember him saying something about buying his friend dinner to get him to talk. Maybe this guy knows some more information that hasn't been "released" yet.

i searched all posts using the key words witch doctor from before the announcement and i came up empty.

I think the guy who you are thinking of is the guy called "blizzsecrets" who made the thread called "time is short". I believe his thread was deleted and I don't recall him saying there was a witch doctor class. I also believe he said the game was going to be a mmo so I definately think it was someones idea of a prank. I don't recall any other people giving "spoilers."

Nope this dude was dead on.

It wasn't any of the guys you all have mentioned. He actually talked about the Witch Doctor and Barbarian prior to announcement and gave a little insight as to what they were (no one really believed him). It was maybe the Wednesday or Thursday before WWI. I've looked forever for the thread. No luck.
