Cannot install

I feel nervous putting this on here, but here we go.

I just bought the game, but I cannot get it to start the install. I put in the install disk, but my autorun isn't working, and when I check my disk drive it says there's nothing in it.

Is there something special I need to do to fix this? I am trying to install this on a new Toshiba desktop, if that helps.

Unless this is the only disc that doesn't work, it may be a problem with the computer. Since the computer is new, you might try asking the manufacturer. You've probably got a year of free phone support. If this is only a problem with these disks, then it may be a problem with the disks, and you should just take them back to the store and get a different copy.
