Tyrael gets corrupted by a shard of the Worldstone, but then somehow gets turned back to the side of good.

Diablo appears again somehow, while the hero(es) are hunting Azmodan and Belial who have hatched a diabolical plot for enslaving mankind.

Not to go off on your post, but I really don't think Tyrael is going to be corrupt. There's just so much more in the Diablo universe to do that'd be more original and exciting. Along that side, I look at Tyrael as one of the high powers of the high heavens (or I guess you could say WAS since he helped humans in capturing the three in soul stones, thus going against the Angel Councils decision set in the Sin Wars). But with Tyrael turning corrupt, I see just as good of a chance as something from the Burning Hell turning towards the High Heavens side. I just do see it happening with one of the main powers as of yet. Remember that the High Heavens aren't good either. The High Heavens are just the opposing force of the Burning Hells.
Who knows what's going to happen yet.... I could see the lord of sins and the lord of lies somehow corrupting Imperius' view or at the very least show him that Tyrael has broken the vote to keep Sanctuary "Alive", thus setting him upon Sanctuary.... The only thing is that the Burning Hells don't want Sanctuary destroyed, they want it enslaved, and the High Heavens want it gone..... But afterall the crap we'll (players) have to go through, I'm sure Diablo will pop up and eventually make his (or their Ball/Meph/D) move being the master planners of everything...... I unnomy

This whole forum is mostly just talking in circles. We've scrutinized every suggestive scrap we can find, and there's little in the newer media to boost our theories along. I wish I could visit this place to find something other than "Tyrael is corrupt, obviously" vs "No way! Tyrael is the best!" vs "We can't prove anything" again.

I like the we can't prove anything yet because right now, anything's possible!

I've looked on other forums, where they've suggested that, rather than Tyrael being corrupt, Imperius has made his way down to Sanctuary to start what he originally wanted to do. (Pretty sure this has been suggested here as well, but this is my first post in this section and I haven't done a search for any thing)

What about a corrupted Inarius being released from Hell? Has that been suggested yet?
