Times are places in gameplay video and are in no order.

15:34 - I noticed this mainly because that monster actually froze the characters solid, which i thought was pretty cool because they can't do anything. I also noticed that, at this exact moment, two red squares appear at the far bottom left. These are most likely condition symbols. I think the one that looks like splashed water means Frozen, the other one i have no clue. Another feature that should be pointed out, is that if you pause the trailer at 15:34, you can see that the Witch Doctor's mongrels enchanted with fire from those fireball attack, rather than disease.

05:28 - If you pause the video here, you get a clear look at the inventory. First of all, i love the artwork of it. Here is what i noticed:
-Obviously there are 6 armor/jewelry places, including two 1-handed weapon slots
-On the picture of your character on the inventory screen, there are two, gold-colored arrows, possibly indicating you can see your character with a 360-degree view on your inventory screen.
-Now, very faintly, in the bottom right corner of the inventory screen, i noticed not only a tally of how much gold is on your character, but 4 gord-shaped slots that i first thought to be Elixer slots. Then, i saw that same exact artwork for those slots at the top of the inventory screen, in the stained glass. Now i think that those slots represnt bags of gold.

09:14 through 09:17 - Right at the time one of the guards says "There's something in here..." if you look closely in the blackness of the background, you can see the claw of the Unique monster that the heroes battle at the end of the gameplay video.

11:11 - A little bit of artwork i thought was cool. If you look at the corpse of the dead Unique monster, you can see his two hearts beating. That was pretty awesome.

Around 16:35 (and i'm sure many other times) - I noticed that when a mongrel enchanted with fire damage attacks a monster, the monster is set on fire. This happens any time a monster takes fire damage, and it's most likely that being on fire does damage over time to the monster, like disease damage does.

A note on character deaths - We don't know if when you die, you are magically respawned in town by an unknown reason or you actually die and have to be ressurected. I hope you either get ressurected by a party member with a Ressurection Scroll or whatever OR you ressurect at the nearest Ressurection Shrine/Area that you or your party activated. I hated the way you would just magically appear in town after you died. It wasn't believable, nor was it realistic.

Nice analysis :)

I realise that you posted this some weeks ago and that you might have found some answers. But about the "freezing" at 15:34 Bashiok said that this wasn't a real feature and it was only designed for the demo video. Like you won't have to deal with this in hardcore, etc. And about the deaths, news reported that it would be a checkpoint system : brining you to the last checkpoint you reached with a small amount of life and no death penalty. Pretty lame if you ask me, but that's just my two cents.
